Automatic refunds

Credits held for a generation that fails because of our error are automatically refunded to your wallet within seconds.

Pack refunds

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased — except in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law. Reach out to billing@steech.ai within 14 days for review.

Unused credits

Credits never expire. They stay in your wallet until used, or until you delete your account.
