Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every Naira you spend on SteechAI. This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds, in credits or directly to your bank account.

1. Automatic credit refunds

If a generation fails for a technical reason — for example a timeout at our AI provider, a cancelled job, or an internal error — the credits charged for that generation are returned to your balance automatically.

  • Pose generations: a per-pose refund is issued for each pose that fails, even if other poses in the same batch succeed.
  • Video generations: the full video cost is refunded if the video task fails.
  • Model previews: if an AI model preview fails, the full model-creation cost is refunded.

2. Payment refunds

Payments made through Paystack are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges for the same credit pack.
  • Charges where credits were not delivered to your balance.
  • Fraudulent charges reported within 30 days of the transaction.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Paystack's processing times.

3. Unused credits

Purchased credits are non-expiring but are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered to your balance. If you close your account in good faith and have purchased credits that were never used, contact support@steechai.com within 30 days of your last purchase and we will review your case.

4. What is not refundable

  • Credits consumed by successful generations — even if you are unsatisfied with the creative output, the AI cost has been incurred.
  • Bonus credits awarded through sign-up, referrals, or daily claims.
  • Charges older than 90 days, unless required by Nigerian consumer-protection law.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@steechai.com from the address on your SteechAI account with:

  • Your account email.
  • The transaction date and Paystack reference (visible on your invoice).
  • A short description of the issue.

We aim to respond within two business days and resolve valid requests within five business days.
